Tonight superstar Kanye West was awarded the 2015 MTV Video Vanguard Award and trust us he was well deserving of the honor. Over the past 11 years Kanye has definitely put out some memorable music videos so it was only right that he be the latest recipient of the coveted award. Now everyone remembers his crazy antics during the 2009 VMA’s when he bombarded the stage interrupting Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech which caused a ton of controversy. So of course MTV had her present the award to him tonight but what took the cake was during his over the top 13 minute speech he announced that in 2020 he will run for President of the Unites States.
