New Artist Spotlight : Unicorn aka Kherk Cobain is a star on the Rise

Now its been awhile since we featured any new rap artist that was worth getting our spotlight attention, but we definitely couldn’t pass up on this one. Rapper/Producer/Designer Unicorn aka Kherk Cobain is a rising star straight out of Newark, NJ who has been making some noise over the last year in the music game. The triple threat who sites artist like Calvin Harris , Wu-Tang Clan , Gucci Mane & 3 6 Mafia as influences has truly just started to make a name for himself. As a designer working with Coogi , he found a way to rebuild the iconic brand with his fashion sense and brought in a whole new fan base as a fashion trendsetter.Now if this wasn’t enough his music started to take off working with acts like DJ K Swift & more which helped him to form partnerships with brands like Nautica which was just the beginning for big things to come. Last year his music really took off with the release of his single ‘Its Time’ which has been featured on Hot 97 , Power 105.1 & Sway In The Morning. Now with the release of his upcoming EP its clear that his star is only gonna continue to rise.
