Superstar Beyonce surprised fans in NYC today at a local Target store in Harlem. Beyonce & dancers took the stage to dance for a scene in her upcoming Commercial for the store which is selling a special deluxe edition of her latest album “4”. Beyonce as well took time out to sign a few autographs for fans.
