Singer Sean Kingston tweets pic of him in the hospital which is the first we have seen directly from him since his Jet Ski Accident in Miami last month. Sean is still recovering from serious injuries but he took to twitter to say ““Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!”
