Rapper/Actress EVE was spotted in London for the kickoff of the Gumball 3000 rally yesterday.Though this is EVE 2nd time returning other celebs from the stateside came out to participate as well including Bun B and David Hasselhoff.The 3000-mile race treks across 10 countries, wrapping in Istanbul, Turkey.
