Today it was announced that Grammy award winning r&b star Miguel finally had tied the knot with his longtime fiancé Nazanin Mandi. The two high school sweethearts who have been dating for over 13 years jumped the broom during a private ceremony this past weekend on Saturday, November 24 th at Hummingbird Nest Ranch outside of Los Angeles.
