Last night stars of the upcoming VH1 tv series ‘The Breaks’ came out for a private screening at the Roxy Hotel. The event filled with media and other celebs was jam packed with everyone in anticipation for the made for tv movie spinoff. Stars of the series including Mack Wilds, Afton Williamson, Antoine Harris , Wood Harris , Teyana Taylor , Sinqua Walls , William Jackson Harper, Ali Ahn & Daisha Graf were all in attendance along with special guest LaLa Anthony , Dave East , Angela Yee & J.R. Ramirez . Now if that wasn’t enough after screening the first two episodes, guest were treated to an after party/concert hosted by Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club. The party which was even more exclusive featured performances by rap legends Mobb Deep & Naughty By Nature who had the crowd rocking & singing along to every one of their classic hits all night. Trust me VH1 has outdone themselves this time and has a hit on their hands, which only makes us want to see more & more. Look for the series premiere to air on Monday Feb 20th at 9pm on VH1.
