As of now Sean Kingston is still in the hospital in critical condition but as you can see from pictures the singers spirits are definitely up. According to TMZ Sean only way of communicating at the moment is through head nods, blinking and writing notes. Though the singer is dealing with a broken jaw ,wrist & lung damage from water he remains hopeful but will be under hospital care for weeks to comes.
